1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Jobify (jobifyservice.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the service.

2. Email Sending & Dedicated Address

Jobify sends job application emails on your behalf using a dedicated address assigned to you at signup (e.g. yourname@mail.jobifyservice.online). By using this feature you agree to the following:

Authorised sending: You authorise Jobify to send up to 20 personalised job application emails per day on your behalf from your dedicated address via Amazon SES infrastructure.
No personal inbox access: Jobify does not connect to, access, or store credentials for your personal Gmail, Outlook, or any other private email account. We operate exclusively through your Jobify-issued address.
Inbound replies: HR replies sent to your dedicated address are routed securely into your Jobify inbox. You can read and respond to these replies directly within the platform.
Deactivation: You may pause or stop automation at any time from your Dashboard. Upon account deletion, your dedicated address is permanently decommissioned.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users strictly agree NOT to:

Use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited emails
Harass recruiters or send abusive, misleading content
Attempt to reverse engineer the AI matching engine
Use the service for any illegal job solicitations
Share or resell your dedicated sending address
Impersonate another person in application emails

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Jobify Pro is billed at ₹299/month. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

Refunds are not provided for partial months of service due to the immediate costs of AI processing and email infrastructure.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate Section 3 (Prohibited Conduct) or if your sending activity generates excessive bounces or spam complaints. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, all stored data including your resume, application history, inbox messages, and vector embeddings will be purged within 30 days and your dedicated sending address will be decommissioned.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jobify is an automation tool. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or responses from HR contacts. Email open and click tracking data is indicative only and may be affected by recipient email client settings. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
