Jobify's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, or for any purposes other than providing and improving the core features of our job automation service.
We collect your name and email via Google OAuth to create your account and manage your subscription.
We store uploaded resumes and extracted professional skills to enable our AI matching engine.
To automate your job outreach, we request the gmail.send scope.
No Human Reading: Our employees do not read your emails. The email sending process is fully automated by our backend workers.
Limited Access: We only send emails that you have reviewed and triggered. We do not access your inbox, drafts, or deleted messages.
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data (including resumes and vector embeddings) at any time via the settings dashboard. Once triggered, data is permanently purged from our databases within 30 days.
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers (Vercel/Supabase) that comply with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
