When you sign up, Jobify creates a dedicated sending address for you (e.g. yourname@mail.jobifyservice.online). All job application emails are sent from this address via Amazon SES — a secure, enterprise-grade email infrastructure. We never access your personal Gmail, Outlook, or any other private email account. Replies from HR contacts are received into this same address and displayed in your Jobify inbox.
We collect your name and email address during signup to create your account, assign your dedicated sending address, and manage your subscription.
We store your uploaded resume and extract skills and role information to power our AI matching engine. This data is used solely to personalise your job application emails.
We store records of emails sent on your behalf, including HR contact details, email status (sent, opened, replied), and timestamps. This powers your dashboard and inbox.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is used exclusively to operate Jobify.
Jobify uses Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) to send and receive emails on your behalf. Your dedicated address follows the format yourname@mail.jobifyservice.online.
No access to your personal email: We never request access to your Gmail, Outlook, or any personal inbox. Your private email accounts are never connected to Jobify.
Fully automated: Emails are generated and sent by our AI pipeline. No Jobify employee reads the content of emails sent or replies received on your behalf.
Inbound replies: HR replies to your dedicated address are securely routed into your Jobify inbox via Amazon SES inbound processing. Reply content is stored encrypted in our database.
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data — including your resume, vector embeddings, application history, and inbox messages — at any time via the Settings dashboard. Once triggered, all data is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days. Your dedicated sending address is also decommissioned upon account deletion.
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Email content stored in our database is encrypted at the field level. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel and Supabase, both of which comply with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards. Amazon SES enforces SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on all outbound email to ensure deliverability and prevent spoofing.
